The residential Jardim dos Beija-Flores is located in  Bombinhas city, on the hill that separates the neighborhoods Bombinhas center of Bombas. They has a privileged view of Bombinhas beach, and partial view of Ribeiro and Bombas beaches.

The duplex has 80 m² on the lower floor and another 80 m² on the top floor. It's for up to 6 people, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and on the top floor has a large terrace with barbecue and a little swimming pool with a heated whirlpool, as well as a laundry room with a sink and washing machine.
